    "This EA was prepared on behalf of Hanohano Hale AOAO for replacement of the wastewater treatment system at the Hanohano Hale Condominium, referred to as the Property. The Property is located at 53-549 Kamehameha Highway in Hauula, Hawaii. The Property is identified as TMK No. (1) 5-3-008:001. The project consists of replacing the existing wastewater treatment and effluent disposal system with a new WWTP and new deep-injection wells to replace the existing injection wells disposal system. The purpose of the EA is to determine whether or not the project has the potential to cause significant environmental impacts. The EA was conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Hawaii EIS Law (HRS Chapter 343 and HAR chapter 11-200). The applicant for construction of the WWTP is Hanohano Hale AOAO. The approving agency for the proposed activity is the City and County of Honolulu Department of Planning Permitting Land Use Permits Division, ..."--Executive summary.
