    Summary:
After living in the big city for a year, Rafe is ready for a fun summer at camp--except this camp is a summer school camp with classes and teachers and a bugle that wakes everyone up at the crack of dawn. Luckily, Rafe quickly makes friends with the outcast boys in 'Loserville' Cabin: Smurf, Two Tunz, Dweebs, Cav, The Bombardier, Legend, and Rafe's bunkmate, The Booger-Eater (otherwise known as Norman). Norman's had the nickname for years and puts up with endless teasing from the other kids. But Rafe soon realizes there is more to Norman than his nickname, and he just might be the kind of friend you want on your side when the boys from the Cool Cabin attack.
