From Noboru Saito and Kuniko Takeuchi, who teach 'self protection' to children in the USA, to Eugene Domagata of France, who combines judo and jujutsu, and Fekrat Bahman, who teaches self defence to the Iranian police force, this DVD caters for all levels of self defence.
