Summary:
Manuel "Manny" Garcia, owner of Handy Manny's Repair Shop, is a bilingual Hispanic/Mexican man, the handiest handyman in all of Sheetrock Hills. He has a boxful of anthropomorphic tools, each with their own unique quirk, which he takes with him to do his repairs. In this set of episodes, Manny and his gang of can-do helper tools assist as Rusty heroically overcomes his fear of heights to lead the team in repairing a jungle gym, and makes a grateful new friend. Pat surprises everyone, including himself, when he is the one who finds a clever solution to a really big problem. And Dusty solves the oh-too familiar mystery of 'Where do socks go?' when a clothes dryer seems to be "eating" them.
