Mom at sixteen: A pregnant 16-year-old Jacey has a well-meaning mother who forces Jacey to keep the birth of her baby a secret and decides to raise the baby as her own. Donna Cooper is a school guidance counselor who discovers Jacey's secret and tries to get her to enroll in a program for pregnant and parenting teens. Too young to be a dad: When 15-year-old honor student, Matt Freeman, gets his girlfriend, Francesca, pregnant her family decides to put the unborn baby up for adoption. Matt initially agrees with the decision, but begins to rethink it after the baby is born.
