Summary:
Dec 8th, 1941, 6 aircraft carriers and 350 airplanes attacked the United States Naval Forces at Pearl Harbor on Oahu Island. Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto, the man who desired to avoid the war executed an unprecedented military feat and started The Pacific War. In 2008, the diary of Isoroku Yamamoto written in May 31st, 1939 and Dec 8th, written in May 31st, 1939 and Dec 8th 1941 was rediscovered. Based on the long-lost diary and directed by Japanese Academy Award Best Director Izuru Narushima, the film explores the real story of Isoroku Yamamoto, the mastermind behind the attack of Pearl Harbor and the commander-in-chief of the Japanese Imperial Navy Combined Fleet during the early years of the Pacific War.--
