    Summary: 
    Based on the work of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, these films star John Rhys-Davies as the leader of a group traveling through Africa investigating rumors of amazing beasts. The crew discovers more than they bargained for: a lost world where dinosaurs still roam the land and primitive people still exist. In the second movie, it is several years later and the world is in danger of extinction, threatened by oil companies. The crew must now not only save themselves, but outwit man and nature.
